Ron, Ronnie and BP went flying from the Dead Sea to the Jordan River looking for any building that might be left from any of the cities.

Adamah and Zoar have been destroyed by time and by bulldozers and trucks.  The last time I was there I was saddened by the fact that there was heavy equipment working on the outskirts of Gomorrah.  God has saved so much as a witness to His word.  It is up to us to tell what we have seen because the cities are slowly being destroyed.

The cities of the plains ... the sin of man was so great that God destroyed them.  Here is a lone tree standing there in silence looking at the ruins of the cities.

Ron, Ronnie and BP take a ride through Mt. Sodom, but since there were no roads, they made some as they went along and Ronnie did a lot of walking so he could push the car whenever it got stuck.

"And the Lord said, Because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous; I will go down now, and see whether they have done altogether according to the cry of it..." Genesis 18: 20, 21

What magnificent buildings they must have been; now they stand in ruins.  These were stone buildings, but the sulfur was so hot that it totally destroyed them leaving nothing but ash.  If you touch this, it will turn into ash in your hands.

Gomorrah was a large and well-planned city  The buildings were beautiful with large columns and archways.

This picture was taken from the top of the Masada.  Can you see the ruins of the cities on the plain below?
